COMING IN SEPTEMBER:
Facilitators Daniel Posney and Valerie Sanjali Irons reside near Sedona, AZ where they offer and are immersed in life transformational healing practices, intuitive guidance, spiritual awakening and sound healing.
Having been diagnosed with breast cancer in 2022, Valerie understands first-hand the healing journey that goes along with cancer. With Daniel’s decade of experience working with cancer patients and Valerie’s direct knowledge of the cancer journey itself, they have created the Cancer Support Sessions, monthly in-person support for those on this healing path.
As well as offering monthly sound healing, emotional healing and breathwork group sessions, they will gather outstanding presenters to offer or speak about various modalities of healing and the latest innovations in technology.
1st Wednesdays 11am – 12pm
Sound Healing with Valerie ($25) takes you on a journey of sound and vibration using voice (singing and toning), crystal & Tibetan bowls, Native American flute, gongs, chimes, drums and so much more! Guided meditations are also often featured in this healing experience. A deep feeling of relaxation and well-being are experienced as the body is given the space to continue the healing process. The result is the tuning of your body and mind into higher frequencies of vibration.
2nd Wednesdays 11am – 12pm
Emotional Healing with Daniel ($25) starts with the primal vibrations of hand-made didgeridoo to open the heart space for expansion and healing. Daniel gently and compassionately explores the emotional connections with cancer and how we can move into grace, forgiveness, and ultimate healing. Come to be heard and understood. Leave feeling blessed and whole again.
3rd Wednesdays 11am – 12:30pm
Breathwork with Daniel or Valerie ($45) is a profound experience of deep, cathartic breathing paired with evocative music and musical instruments. Altered states of consciousness and deep emotional and physical healing is possible. During Breathwork sessions, we create a safe, sacred, loving space. Drum, didgeridoo, vocalized toning and other instruments assist in creating atmosphere and moving energy. Essential oils help to clear and enhance. Waves of energy are formed through specific types of music and deep, fast, rhythmic breathing. Participants can experience: bliss, ecstasy, physical healing, emotional release, feelings of Oneness, non-physical communication, the pure energy of their being and other yummy stuff.
